I am now, and forever will be from Texas, no matter where I am currently.
Yes, I grew up with cows, and horses. I can drive a tractor, but I'd rather have a facial.
I enjoy jeepin', hammocks, and a good rum punch. I drink dark coffee and dark beer and soy milk.
I love Texas music, bluegrass music, and the sound of big bodied acoustic guitar.
I adore my yoga class. I wear high heels, and own cowboy boots. I am a hippie at heart.
I am damn good at my job. I can charm a snake, or kick your ass, which ever the situation requires.
I am not, or ever will be my mother. I give all I have, and require the same of anyone else.

I've never considered a tat for myself, but I am awed and amazed by others', especially full-colored ones. I knew a girl who had "the yellow rose of Texas" on her, um, well, a special place that only people who really "knew" her had seen. Not all my exes live in Texas, thankfully; she's in Tennessee. Wonder how her tat is holding up ...
